Senior Expertise, When You Need It
Word & Worth provides strategic marketing and communications advisory for organizations that need senior-level thinking without necessarily adding another full-time executive.
Founded by Elisabeth Warrick, a marketing and communications executive with 18+ years of experience, Word & Worth partners with leadership teams to solve complex business and communications challenges—from positioning and corporate narrative to executive visibility, product launches, media relations and high-stakes communications.
The model is intentionally flexible. Sometimes the need is a defined strategic project. Sometimes it's senior counsel alongside an existing team. And sometimes it's ongoing fractional leadership during a period of growth, change or transition.
What connects the work is a simple belief: good communications starts with understanding the business problem first. Before deciding what to say, where to say it or what to create, we get clear on what the organization is trying to accomplish, who needs to care and what's standing in the way.
